Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival at the club.
- Loading golf bags onto carts and ensuring they are properly secured.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the golf cart staging area.
- Providing guests with accurate information regarding course layout, yardages, and any other relevant details.
- Monitoring the condition of golf carts and reporting any issues or maintenance needs to management.
- Directing traffic flow on the course and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Assisting with special events and tournaments as needed.
- Collecting and cleaning golf carts after use, ensuring they are fully charged and ready for the next round.
- Providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any guest inquiries or concerns.
- Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of golf etiquette and rules preferred but not required.

Position: Golf Course Maintenance Crew
Overview: Shadow Ridge Golf Club is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance Crew. This position is instrumental in ensuring the pristine condition and aesthetic appeal of our golf course, providing an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming greens, fairways, tees, and rough areas.
- Operating and maintaining various landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles.
- Assisting with the upkeep of irrigation systems, including repairs and adjustments as needed.
- Applying fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides according to schedule and safety guidelines.
- Raking bunkers, repairing divots, and maintaining sand traps.
- Participating in special projects such as course renovations, landscaping enhancements, and tournament preparations.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and teammates to coordinate tasks and prioritize work assignments.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Assisting with snow removal and winterization efforts during the offseason.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or related field preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of turfgrass management practices and equipment operation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality results.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
